Szükséges eszközök: Materials for drawing and painting: paper, canvas, different type of colors and paints. Magazines and other sources of images.

Leírás

Participants can use some time to think which environmental issue is the most worrying or troubling on the their mind at the moment. A list of worries can be made and then one of the topics will be chosen for this activity.

Take 2 A3 papers.

1. use one paper for drawing/painting a picture or making a collage with cutting images from magazines that depicts your chosen worry. It can be descriptive or abstract.
2. when ready, close your eyes and let your mind be flooded with colors and hues that represent the opposite of the worry and emotions around it. Soothing, healing, calming colors.
3. use the other A3 for a picture/collage that is the solution, answer or ideal opposite of the first picture. Use the colors you were imagining.
4. Display the pictures next to each other.

Reflection:
Share the picture pairs and emotions or thoughts making them. Did you realize something new in you? Did you find some new idea of solution or reassurance while painting? What common colors, shapes of forms did the group have?
